The project

A mixed-use high-rise in the heart of Ahmedabad, designed as a landmark for the city.

Conceived as one of the first high-rise structures in Gujarat, it has ample green areas, for a building that is sustainable and connected to natural surroundings.

The building is divided into three parts. Commercial floors at the base hold shops of varying sizes around a continuous, obstruction-free loop and a large atrium. Office floors above have sky gardens that act as a get-out and a forum for interaction, with co-working in mind. Residential floors at the top keep a private, safe environment. Each part has its own core.
